The fastest, easy-erect shelter just got even better with the introduction of the phenomenal Tempest RS 200 Camo. At the heart of this one-man fishing bivvy is the renowned, patented hinge block, which ensures an easy and rapid erection. Erection time, usability, and functionality are all further enhanced with the Rapid Knuckle System®, which effortlessly locks all five main poles into position in a single action. Simple, secure, and strong, erecting your shelter has never been easier. Additional improvements to the Rapid Shelter include a built-in peak to minimize water ingress in and around the door, which can be raised even further for even more coverage with the addition of a skull cap. The rear of the shelter has been made flatter than its predecessor, providing an optimal balance between internal storage space, swim-in capability, and aerodynamics. Airflow through the shelter has been improved with Adaptive Ventilation® on six vents (four at the back and two at the front), allowing for better airflow even in rainy weather. To keep things cooler in summer, the four rear vents can be flipped open to create shaded areas which, when used with a Skull Cap, can reduce the interior temperature by several degrees. For optimal storage, there are four internal pockets, two on each side and two at the front. The front pockets have a hanging loop where you can store essential items such as your receiver or even your jacket, so you can quickly get out of the way when the weather turns nasty.
