Tiger nuts contain approximately 25% fat, 30% starch, and 7% protein. The fat in the tiger nut consists largely of unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid and linoleic acid. Finally, tiger nuts are full of minerals.

Preparation of tiger nuts:

Soak for at least 24 hours and boil for 30 to 45 minutes. Want to get started right away with ready-to-use fresh particles? You can.
