Tiger nuts contain approximately 25% fat, 30% starch, and 7% protein. The fat in the tiger nut consists largely of unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid and linoleic acid. Finally, tiger nuts are packed with minerals.

Our tiger nuts are made from a variety of diameters, making a positive contribution to your feeding station.

Preparation of tiger nuts:

Soak for at least 24 hours and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
