Korda Basix Hair Rigs Wide Gape

The BASIX Ready Tied Hair Rigs are ready to be used right out of the package. All you have to do is add a bottom bait or wafter and you're ready to fish. The rigs are knotted with the camo green colored BASIX Coated Hooklink material. A small stripped piece on the BASIX Wide Gape hook ensures freedom of movement and a greater chance of a good hook. The underline has a flexible hair that is provided with a piece of silicone that keeps it in place and reduces the chance of tangling. The length of the hair is optimized for hookbait sizes that match the chosen hook size.

Size 8 hook is designed for 12mm bait, size 6 for 15mm and size 4 for 18mm.

Each rig is equipped with different Hair Stops and different sizes of Extenda Stops. These make it possible to adjust the length of the hair and thus use different bait sizes than what the rig is actually made for. A loop is made at the end of the leader and a BASIX Anti Tangle Sleeve is attached. This allows you to easily attach it to a BASIX Lead Clip Leader or BASIX Lead Clip Action Pack setup (both of which have QC swivels).
