The Trakker Clinga Captive Backleads 3.0oz are designed to keep your mainline tight to the bottom, close to your rod tips. This makes them ideal for waters with boat traffic , obstacles, or situations where your line needs to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Thanks to the clever gate latch system, the line releases smoothly and reliably upon a bite, keeping you in direct contact with the fish. The heavy backlead slides smoothly over the mainline, while the smooth winder construction ensures the line unwinds neatly and without fuss.

A 1-meter heavy lead-free leader is spliced into the backlead. This helps keep the line running smoothly along the bottom and reduces the chance of tangling while fishing. Behind this is a 9-meter bright red, UV-reactive line , which remains highly visible even in low light.

The winder is versatile and can be attached to snag ears , under bite alarms , or pegged into the ground. After your session, simply roll up the cord and store the backlead neatly in the holder.
