Trakker Sanctuary Cradle

The Trakker Sanctuary Cradle is a fish-safe unhooking mat with a tough internal PVC cover and adjustable legs, designed to give carp anglers and angling enthusiasts maximum control and protection during unhooking, handling and photography.

This cradle was developed with a focus on fish safety and ease of use on the bank. Its clever design keeps the fish stable and low to the ground, while the sturdy construction helps minimize unsettling during unhooking. The unhooking mat is suitable for large fish and provides a safe workspace during short handling sessions on the bank.

The internal cover, made of durable 420D PVC, is fish-friendly, durable, and easy to clean. This lining is multifunctional: you can use it to retain water in the cradle, preventing the fish from drying out, or you can place it over the fish for extra comfort. Because the cover is fully removable, cleaning and drying after use is much easier.

The base of the Trakker Sanctuary Cradle is made of quick-drying mesh , similar to the material used in the Sanctuary Retention Sling. This allows water to drain quickly. The frame features high-density foam protection and stands securely on six adjustable legs with rotating mud feet , allowing you to level the cradle on various surfaces. Locking pins on the legs provide additional security during use.

For added practicality, the cradle includes a large storage pocket for items like scales or carp care products. After use, the mat folds compactly for transport. The set comes complete with a zippered carrying bag , shoulder strap, and handles.

Care and use

• After setting up, check that the leg locking pins are properly secured.

• Clean and dry the cradle and carp care materials thoroughly after use

• This helps to limit the spread of water diseases

Instructions

1. Remove the cradle from the carrying bag

2. Release the strap/bag and open the cradle

3. Fold out the outer legs and check the locking pins

4. Place the cradle on the ground and adjust the legs level

5. Secure the central flaps over the frame with Velcro

6. Place the sturdy internal cover over the frame
