Fox Explorer Barrow Mk2

The unique Explorer Barrow is designed to be one of the most versatile carp barrows ever released. The ultra-compact Explorer is specifically designed for day anglers and can also be adapted for use during longer sessions when bedchairs and additional tackle are required.

The whole concept behind the Explorer is that anglers can leave most of their gear on a barrow during short day sessions and fish "off the barrow," making packing and moving to swims quick and hassle-free. However, thanks to the clever design with the extendable front barrow pannier rack, the barrow can be quickly converted to create more space for carrying additional gear, such as a bedchair. This conversion also distributes the weight when additional items are added, keeping the barrow balanced.

The Explorer is packed with features and comes with a central under-wheel bag in the Fox Camo pattern, and two mesh pockets on either side of the wheel. These are perfect for storing items like a 5-liter water bottle and/or bait. The Explorer is designed as the perfect barrow for short day trips. Both the central bag and the two pockets have side zippers, allowing quick and easy access without having to remove items from the barrow. The Mk2 has been updated with our larger, new camouflage fabric and height-adjustable handles.

• Extendable front rack for the barrow bag – allows the Camolite Barrow Bag (sold separately) to be placed on the front of the barrow when the barrow is in session mode and a bedchair is being carried. On days without a bedchair, simply retract the front rack and turn the barrow bag to face you. This design ensures the barrow remains balanced in both short and long session modes.
